we're having problems with the connection to the server. I can properly install the client, but when I launch it, I don't get an error message, but nothing's happening. When I look at the event viewer, I'm getting this error: Service encounter error <OCS Inventory NG Agent encounter an error (exit code is 4 => Failed to talk with communication server). What could be the problem?
