Officepack issue: no information in the interface

Bonjour,

Je rencontre un problème avec ce plugin, les informations ne semblent pas remonter sur l'interface d'administration OCS... Pour des postes en interne cela semble fonctionner, mais pour des clients distants, seul l'ordinateur et ses informations remonte, rien sur le pack office.

Auriez-vous une idée ?

I have a problem with officepack plugin, informations does not load in the dashboard of OCS... It seems it works for local clients but not for the remote one. Only computers & their informations loads in OCS but no office pack.

Any idea ?

Version OCS Server: 2.9.1
