Does not work snmp.

Windows Agent 2.3.1.1 (Windows 8.1)
The snmplist.txt file appears in the C: \ Documents and Settings \ All Users \ OCS Inventory NG \ Agent folder, but data is not sent to the server. In the network of 5 printers SNMPv1 / v2, snmp communities is by default public.
In the web interface, the snmp function is activated.
Why does not it work? Tell me where to look settings and logs.
