Hosts duplicates in OCS Inventory Server 2.3

Hi, 

I have the problem of duplicates hosts.

I set AUTO_DUPLICATE_LVL in Serial and MAC. 

Seeing solutions,  I check usbdevices table is created and  I have even deleted the table and have created it new. 

But the problem continues.

Is there any solution other than re-install version 3.4?
