Vuknerability scan

I launched a vulnerability scan by the tool Openvas, on my Windows Ocs Inventory. It found a lot of vulnerabilities (PHP in end of life, etc) and I understand that I must leave the Windows version.

Anyone can tell me if is the Linux version  safe, about vulnerabilities?
