Create a StandAlone Windows agent width unistall

Hello, i´d like to make a standalone version of the agent for windows, to run on a usb pendrive.

I´d like to make it run retrive the information from the computer that is plug, create a file of the info to the pendrive, and unistall the presence of windows agent of the computer.

Is that possible?
