Bonjour,

depuis quelques temps je rencontre de plus en plus de problèmes avec les groupes dynamiques. Pour certains groupes le cache n'est jamais recalculé et les nouvelles machines correspondant aux critères ne rejoignent plus ces groupes (il y a un écart entre "Toutes les machines (rejouer)" et "Toutes les machines (cache)".

J'ai essayé de supprimer les groupes et de les recréer mais le problème revient. Savez-vous d'où cela vient? Est-il possible de forcer le calcul du cache en ligne de commande ou autre?

I have done the checks on the server and everything seems to be correct.
The firewall is disabled, perl modules are installed and active and I changed the URL path.
The result is the same.

Hi ,

I'm new for the OCS inventory NG, and i just installed the server on a windows, and try build a package, which include the 7z 32 & 64 bit msi, a powershell script and a vbs that used for run the powershell.

the package was success build and return the exit code 1. below is the download log VBS and the powershell .and also i have tested the VBS and the PS can install the the 7z.

Hi...I certain machines OCS inventory agent service not able to start, it shows error as "Windows could not start the service Error 193: 0xc1"...Other windows services able to restart and no issues..I have almost 1000 client system and nearly 50 out of 1000  have same issue..Pls advice what I can do to resolve this issue.

I have a problem with SNMP function and I would need help to know if there's a cert problem or a server installation mistake. I read that we need to configure ocsinventory-agent.cfg this way to make SNMP function works:

Hello

At the inventory screen of a single computer I want to export the XML file of its inventory.  When I click on the link, I get taken to a new page with only ACCESS DENIED on it. How can I fix that or disable the Export function? It doesn't work to disable it with administer profiles.

I've installed OCS Server 2.1.2 on Windows Server. Do you have a suggestion of a solution for this problem?

Hi Frank,

This is Steven again, i got another issue about deploy the package to the PC via OCS 2.1.2.

The PC is windows 7 agent 2.1.1.3.

and i create a package for Microsoft Office 2010 around 1.47GB, as the MS Office to large, so I tried to let it 5,10,50 & 100 fragments for testing. but at the PC alway only download around 50-70 MB then download stop.

I tried end the download.exe process in taskmanager and re-run the agent, it will start download again, but again 50-70 MB then stop again.

Any ideas?

Hello all,

I have installed OCS on Linux debian and can see and login to UI.

after that I have installed agent on windows on multiple system but its not connecting to server.

On windows, it shows started but dont see any error.

Has anyone any idea??

CentOS7/OCS2.2.1/PHP5.4.16/Perl 5.16.3

I have tried to create static or dynamic but group creation in GUI showed successful for selected search paramerters but I don't see any groups under group category. Also, I see error in apache logs. Anyone faced this issue?

bonjour je re-post car je ne comprend pas comment faire remonter un post dans ce "forum".

C'est l'erreur 436 qui est indiqué.

J'ai supprimé la base et j'en ai créé une nouvelle avec toujours le même problème pourtant elle est vide.

J'aimerai bien essayer de comprendre le problème mais je n'arrive pas à trouver d'où ça peut venir. Le mode "debug" de la 2.2.1 n'apporte rien (où je ne sais pas le lire) .

La documentation sur le wiki ne parle que des versions 2.1.

J'ai un serveur Windows server 2012 sur lequel j'ai mis à jour XAMPP pour pouvoir utiliser la dernière version de GLPI (j'avais besoin d'une version plus récente de PHP).

J'ai donc sauvegarder ma base MySQL pour GLPI et OCS. J'ai donc installé la nouvelle version de XAMPP, de GLPI et OCS Server (2.1.2, même version que j'avais avant la réinstallation).

Tout c'est parfaitement passé. La liaision OCS => GLPI fonctionne.

Le soucis, c'est que les postes de mon parc ne remontent plus sous OCS.

Et je ne vois pas bien d'où vient le problème, car j'ai gardé la même IP, les mêmes comptes, la même version de OCS Server. Mais rien y fait.

J'ai fait un test avec un agent FusionInventory, ça remontent bien sur le plugin GLPI. MAis la connexion avec le serveur OCS ne se fait (pas de de remonté, comme avec l'agent OCS).

J'ai tenté d'installer OCS Server sur un poste lambda avec le package OCS (xampp 1.7.7 + OCS Server), idem je n'ai pas de remonté.

Il y a t-il une version de XAMPP (ou apache /sql / php) à respecter ? Car à part cela je ne vois pas d'où vient le problème. Je n'ai pas de firewall, ni d'antivirus qui bloquent.

Autre question: lors de l'installation de l'agent Windows, on nous demande l'adresse du serveur (pas de problème pour cela) et un login/mot de passe. On doit entrer un compte OCS Serveur ou un compate accès MySQL ?

Hello All,

I have installed OCS on Linux (Cent os 7) and can see and login to UI.

after that I have installed agent on windows also Linux on multiple system but its not connecting to server.

On windows, it shows started but dont see any error.

Has anyone any idea??
